These guys are excellent. We use them to service our fleet and they always are consistent in providing updates, quick when it comes to repairs, and always make sure our vans are in great condition. Want to send a special shoutout to Daniel as well as most of our services funnels through him.

I came in a bit flustered. The staff were so helpful, professional, and trustworthy. They did their best to save me money and had me in and out in enough time to get my daughter to fb practice. I am so grateful. Matt was the best. 10/10 recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at Woodie’s Auto in Uptown. I came back from vacation with a tire that was nearly flat and stopped in without an appointment. Daniel took great care of me from the moment I arrived. He got my car in quickly, made the entire process easy, and even called his Michelin representative to help me get a better price on a new set of Michelin tires. The work was completed exactly when promised, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If you’re looking for honest, professional service, I highly recommend Daniel and the team at Woodie’s Auto in Uptown. I’ll definitely be back for future service.

So far impressed! Check coolant immediately came on and woodies was the closest service shop! Called on July 2 thinking there was no way they would fit me in but Matt said bring it in and we will worn you in! I didn’t want to drive further! Technician checked everything and refilled coolant and it was unexpectedly ready within less than 2 hours and totally reasonable. We will see but for this time exceptional service and had zero complaints! Fast easy fair and close. Thank you!

I have brought my vehicle in three separate times over the past few months, each time explaining that I was experiencing jerking while driving, particularly in the morning or after the car had been sitting for a while. Despite clearly describing these ongoing issues, the problem was not properly identified until the third visit. The first time they put new tires on my front cars without even taking the air out of it. My PSI was 65!! Over the course of these visits, I was charged for multiple services and repeatedly told the issue had been resolved, only for the check engine light to return and the same symptoms to persist. Unfortunately, the original problem remains unresolved. At this point, I am very frustrated with the lack of an accurate diagnosis and effective repair. I do not feel confident continuing service here and will be seeking assistance elsewhere.
